"board_and_dll_chooser.h" File Not Found When Working with Framegrabber SDK#

When working with the Framegrabber SDK, the "board_and_dll_chooser.h" header file may be reported as missing.

In this case, copy the file from the SDKExamples folder:

C:\\Runtime\SDKExamples\include → C:\\Runtime\include
